The Study Success Task Force

The Study Success Task Force was formed in 2008 and tasked with analysing study success at the UvA and advising the Executive Board on improvement measures. After the Plan of Action was adopted, the working group was asked to provide active support during the process of implementing the 20 recommendations.

The Task Force aims to create a platform where all information about educational innovations pertaining to study success can be brought together and disseminated. Rather than acting in a supervisory role, the working group seeks to stimulate, inform, advise and discuss all themes relevant to study success. In so doing, the group will help education planners and experts to learn from each other and from one another's problems and solutions.

From February until June 2010, the Task Force will conduct interviews with all study programmes at the UvA. Depending on the circumstances, these interviews will either be orientational or target specific components of the plan, and will seek to draw on the range of expertise available in order to develop the best possible solutions.
